Payment and cancellation

 

Payment terms. Course prices are displayed on the website and are payable in the currency stated. We use third party payment processors; by providing payment information you authorise us to charge the applicable fee. Prices may change, but not after you have purchased a Course.

 

Cooling off period and digital content. Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, consumers buying digital content online usually have a 14 day cooling off period. However, when you purchase a Course, you will be asked to expressly request immediate access to the digital content and acknowledge that this will waive your right to cancel businesscompanion info. Once you access, download or stream the Course materials, you lose your cancellation right and no refund will be available businesscompanion.info. If you do not access the Course within 14 days and you have not opted out of the cooling off period, you may cancel for a refund by contacting us.

 

Defective content. If the digital content is defective or not as described, you are entitled to a repair or replacement or, if that fails, a reduction in price or a refund under consumer law. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights.
